After the First Week

Well. It's been a week since I started at Slimming World. It's been, on the whole, a very good week. I've cooked loads of scrummy meals (not much of a change there then) but I've really watched my snacking and the amount of wine I've drank (ahem). I have to say that I'm really impressed by the variety and amount of foods to eat. I really don't feel like I'm on a "diet" and I know that really sounds like a cliché but it's true!  I'm happy to say that I lost 3 1/2 lbs this week, taking me to 16st 10lbs.  I don't really want to set myself a target weight but I'm aiming to lose 2 1/2 lbs by next Friday.
